On behalf of the organizing committee of Korea Digestive Disease Week 2019 (KDDW 2019), it is our great pleasure to invite you to the third edition of the KDDW to be held at Grand Hilton Hotel Seoul, Korea from November 28th to 30th, 2019. Seven member societies, the Korean Society of Gastroenterology, Korean Association for the Study of the Liver, Korean Society of Neurogastroenterology and Motility, Korean Pancreatobiliary Association, Korean College of Helicobacter and Upper Gastrointestinal Research, Korean Association for the Study of Intestinal Diseases, and Korean Society of Gastrointestinal Cancer, have come together for KDDW 2019.

Under the theme of “A New Frontier for Convergence in Gastroenterology and Hepatology” a large number of professors, doctors, and distinguished leaders from the world will get together at KDDW 2019 to discuss recently emerging issues and exchange the latest information in the field of digestive diseases. The KDDW 2019 Scientific Program will propose high quality scientific sessions that will provide deeper knowledge and new perspectives. The program will serve as a highly rewarding international platform for every one of the participants, and we have no doubt that KDDW 2019 will contribute to the enhancement of the scientific level and quality of our field.

As the capital city of Korea for over 600 years, Seoul possesses a rich culture and heritage combined with many modern resources. We hope that you will also have a chance to enjoy the attractive venue city of Seoul during KDDW 2019.
