All visitors to the Republic of Korea must have a valid passport and obtain an Korean visa before arriving. Visitors with roundtrip tickets from countries that have a special agreement with Korea may be exempted from the visa requirement, and can stay in Korea visa-free for periods up to 30 days, or 90 days, depending on the type of agreement between the two countries. When uncertain as to the visa requirement for entry visa to Korea, please contact the Korean Embassy or a consulate as soon as possible. We would like to inform you hat the Organizing Committee will be pleased to provide an official invitation letter to those who need it for visa application to visit Korea.
Please access ‘My Page’ with your registered ID (e-mail) and password and click on ‘Invitation Letter’ to print out a copy of the original invitation letter in color.
If you need to receive a notarized invitation letter for visa application, you may request it to the secretariat (reg@kddw.org) by no later than September 30, 2019. Upon your request, the notarized letter will be sent via airmail within a week after confirmation of your full payment. Additionally, USD 50 will be charged for the notary service and EMS, and you will be required to make the payment by wire transfer.
