Acknowledgement of Registration

Acknowledgement of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail after your online registration.

Payment Status (Check on ‘My Page’)

- You can check your payment status on your ‘My Page’

Payment needed	Payment has not been made yet. (Your wire transfer payment is being confirmed.)
Completed	Online registration and payment have been successfully completed.

- Payment Status will be changed from ‘Payment needed’ to ‘Completed’ within three weeks of clearance of your payment.

Confirmation of Registration

• - Confirmation of Registration will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks upon making the appropriate payment.
• - After your registration is confirmed, you can download your receipt at ‘My page’

Payment method

Credit Card

• Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration system.
• All service charges of credit cards are to be paid by the registrants.
• The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.

Wire Transfer

• All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrants.
• The sender's name should be the registrant’s name.
• Please send a copy of the wire transfer slip to the KDDW 2019 Secretariat by e-mail (reg@kddw.org) after writing the registrant’s name on the bank remittance receipt.
• Appropriate payment should be completed within the right period of registration. If you pay after the registration period, you will need to pay the corresponding additional fees.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by October 14 (Mon), 2019	50% Refund
Cancellation after October 14 (Mon), 2019	No Refund

• Cancellation must be notified to the Secretariat in writing by e-mail (reg@kddw.org).
• All refunds will be made after the congress.
• All bank services charges and all administration fees will be deducted from all congress registration refunds.
• Please refer to the above cutoff dates for cancellation.
